With its rounded summit overlooking the Saône plain and its vine-covered flanks, the Mont Brouilly hill is one of the emblematic landmarks of the Beaujolais region. Capped by a chapel built in the 19th century to protect the vineyards from bad weather and disease, it offers a stunning 360° panoramic view of the entire region. Two interpretation trails (1.5 km or 3 km depending on your fitness level) have been laid out on its slopes, as well as a space for understanding the local geology, the Mont Brouilly geoscope.
