Chef Steph’s andouillette beaujolaise in papillotes on the barbecue

Chef Steph’ offers you a typical Beaujolais recipe that can be cooked in your tent or caravan: andouillette beaujolaise en papillote on the barbecue.

1 – Finely chop a shallot.
2 – Brush the andouillette generously with mustard.
3 – Place the andouillette in the aluminum foil of the papillote.
4 – Cover with half the shallot.
5 – Mix the wine with the veal stock.
6 – Pour the wine over the andouillette.
7 – Cover with the remaining shallot.
8 – Cook for around 45 minutes on the barbecue.
