Chef Steph’ has come up with a typical Beaujolais recipe that can be cooked in your tent or caravan: Beaujolais sausage.
Ingredients
1 cooked sausage
20 g butter
200 g bacon
1/2 onion
1 bottle Fleurie
250 g button mushrooms

Preparation
1 Chop the onion and button mushrooms.
2 Melt the butter in a saucepan.
3 Fry the onion over a low heat.
4 Deglaze with the red wine.
5 After a gentle boil, add the sausage, bacon and mushrooms.
6 Leave to cook for around 20 minutes!
7 Remove the sausage and slice.
8 Reduce the sauce.
9 Return the sausage to the reduced juice and serve!
Tip : serve with boiled potatoes
