At an altitude of 740 metres, the Chiroubles terrace offers an exceptional panoramic view of the Beaujolais hillsides, the Saône valley and, in the distance, the Alps. You can of course enjoy Beaujolais wine here, or take part in the festivities that take place here throughout the summer. It’s also the starting point for the 10 crus panoramic trail, a one-hour walk that takes you on a tour of the Beaujolais region via a series of viewpoints. Gourmets can round off their visit with a stop at the “La terrasse du Beaujolais” restaurant.
